It is the exhibitor’s duty to make sure that their products are adequately covered by insurance for transportation, duration of the event, re-packing and re-exporting from the exhibition. It is suggested that all exhibiters have medical insurance valid in the Middle East.

Under no circumstances will the Organizers be held responsible for any delays in Saudi customs clearance or delivery of full or partial shipments to their booths. Any claims for delayed or damaged products must be directed and negotiated with the selected freight forwarder directly.

All exhibitors will receive information from the Official Freight Forwarder & Customs Clearing Agent on how to complete their shipping processes and customs laws.
